As a key element of the commercial strategy of the region of Iberia, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an energetic and experienced Sales Manager who will contribute to the company's sales goal.

As a Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and in-depth knowledge of sales processes to develop innovative strategies for business growth. The ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and compliance leadership and management over assigned territory and sales professionals
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
  • Leading, training and mentoring the sales team; building their expertise in the sales process and customer service skills
  • Driving and implementing the sales plan ensuring a strong market presence and identify opportunities for sales growth for the sales team
  • Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers
  • Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising

Key Skills and experience required:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the region
  • Business Proficiency in English and native local language speaker.
  • Proven successful sales experience within the fields of Capital Equipment, Interventional Oncology, Ablation or Interventional Radiology
  • Education to bachelors level within a scientific or business-related field
  • Excellent, mentoring and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position
