  • Technology related quota carrying sales or business development experience in the Enterprise segment
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience

AWS is building out a remote sales function to drive growth across AWS’ largest, most complex and sophisticated existing customers, as well as the highest priority acquisition targets. In this role, the team you build will be aligned to a target set of prospects/customers and will work closely with the Area and segment leadership teams to build a plan to execute on the Area, segment and account priorities. As a manager for the Central Sales team covering multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia, you will build a high impact and diverse team of Account Executives who are responsible for teaming with field, specialist and technical functions to deploy specific account management/acquisition tactics. You will manage career growth and development of the Account Executives, coach the team on performance, sales plan and strategy. Your team will help to grow the consumption of current and new AWS services across priority prospects/customers.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Domain experience with Enterprise customers
  • Experience building new teams/products/functions
