Team Overview:

This role will work within the ClearSky Sales Processing Team to perform daily processing tasks and research and resolve issues. Includes, but is not limited to, performing daily sales file fund mapping for our clients, processing adjustments per client instructions and performing research on sales and sales file inquiries. The role also includes tasks associated with a critical initiative to migrate to a new system infrastructure. The tasks associated with this initiative include test planning, test execution, data validation and procedural updates.

Must Have Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree

•intermediate Microsoft Excel

•Mutual Funds Operations or data validation/ testing

•Strong Organizational, analytical and communication skills

Job Description:

•Support a major system migration initiative that includes balancing and validation of over 80 client conversions

•Perform complex processing functions including regulatory, fund administration, state filing and sales processing

•Perform daily processing tasks and research and s resolve issues

•Complete daily sales file fund mapping for our clients

•Processing adjustments per client instructions

•Performing research on sales and sales file inquiries

•Support tasks for a critical initiative to migrate to a new system infrastructure

•Aid in test planning, test execution, data validation and procedural updates

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
