We are seeking a self-motivated, compassionate, outgoing, friendly, multi-tasker that possesses strong attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities. Stellar customer service and a positive attitude are critical elements of this position and a passion for organic healthy foods is a plus.

• ​​A successful Associate will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges
• Able to multitask and eager to assist customers with a "guest comes first" attitude that brightens their day
• Able to connect and respectfully communicate with guests, team members, and leadership
• Willing to be flexible, learn and take on new responsibilities
• A team player with attention to detail
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment is preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all guests that walk into our shop and thanking them when they leave
• Provide guests with the highest level of customer service
• Responsible for taking guests orders on the POS ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete
• Share your knowledge about the ingredients and benefits of items on our menu, while helping guests decide what to order (training provided)
• Responsible for preparing and delivering nutritious and delicious food to our guests, including making smoothies, smoothie bowls, toasts and waffles
• Ensure that the work environment stays safe, clean, and follows all policies and procedures for health and food safety
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, dry goods, and items for food service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Performs store checklist tasks
• Shows up on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
