Safari Base Camp Staff can expect to primarily work in our Ticket Booth and Gift Shop, with possible shifts in our Boma animal walk-through and animal encounters. Primary duties include greeting and checking-in guests at the ticket booth, relaying rules and park information, handling money, maintaining cleanliness of the workplace, assisting in facilitating animal interactions in our Boma walk through and giraffe encounters. This position requires someone who is engaging, friendly, level-headed, is both interested in animals and our guest experience, and other duties as assigned. These are full-time, seasonal positions lasting from the end of April until November 1, 2023.

Qualified candidates must be able to follow instructions, handle money, and maintain a calm and friendly demeanor. Previous industry experience is strongly preferred. Must be able to work in a variety of conditions. Applicants should have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in working at one of Walworth County's top attractions.

Hourly wage dependent on experience.
