A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES SUPERVISOR

As a sales manager, you uphold integrity while overseeing our entire roofing sales division. You train your team how to connect with customers to offer them brand new roofing solutions to improve their home performance, including insulation, roofing, and solar panels. As our leader, you model your skills alongside your team members as you sell in the field. On a regular basis, you review metrics with your team and coach them on selling strategies. Well-versed in the energy-efficient products and services we provide, you answer questions and provide recommendations based on your knowledge.

Using your expertise in sales management, you ensure that customers are satisfied with the process from beginning to end, you and your team build a referral pipeline. You make sure that your team stays current on competitor product offerings and solar trends. Highly communicative, you keep ownership informed about statistics and other pertinent information. You are energized because you use your business development skill to create a successful new roofing department, and you feel good about your role in training others and selling eco-friendly products that improve the performance of our customers' homes!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Roofing management experience
  • Experience training other reps
  • Knowledge about both roofing and sales management required in order to be considered for this position
  • Willingness to sell out in the field in the Myrtle Beach area
  • Experience with homeowner's insurance
