Our company, Homestead Princeton, is currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of previous retail sales experience, as well as knowledge of the merchandise we sell. A successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to receive hands-on experience in retail sales and be involved in decision making within Homestead Princeton.
Responsibilities:
- Present and display merchandise attractively.
- Answer customers' questions about merchandise.
- Be friendly, positive and helpful with customers and associates.
- Work effectively with members of the store staff, such as managers and assistant managers.
- Be able to ring and wrap merchandise for customers.
- Be able to learn about our products and why we love them in order to share information with customers.
- Help clean, dust and organize.
Hours: Saturday & Sunday (12-5 pm)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
