Customer First Mindset
· As a Team Lead you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies.
· You will exemplify friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience and reinforce exceptional customer service behaviors delivered by your Store Team with recognition and praise.

Deliver Results
· You will be responsible to help deliver on sales, profit, and service targets, and all key omnichannel strategies and metrics.
· You will master all omnichannel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, curbside pickup, and others.
· You will manage and plan the daily and weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement.
· You will assist the Store Team Leader (Retail Store Manager) with team onboarding and training.
· You will direct and coach Store Team Members.
· You will support the Store Team Leader in holding associates accountable to expectations.
· You will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes associate engagement and retention.
· As part of the Leader on Duty (LOD) team, you will be responsible for other various processes and procedures to ensure an efficiently operating store.
· You will be expected to work a schedule that aligns to customer and business needs (this includes early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends).
Physical Requirements
· The replenishment process requires you to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs daily.
- Cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams and maintaining endcaps
· Climbing ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for our customers
· Ringing transactions on a register
· Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

- Ft Walton Beach, FL 32548: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Sales and Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Inventory M: 2 years (Required)
- Operations management: 2 years (Required)
- Retail management: 3 years (Preferred)
