Rainbow International provides top level water and fire restoration services for residential and commercial customers throughout south central Iowa. What does that mean? We clean up from broken waterlines, malfunctioned sump pumps, overflowed toilets, or cleaning up the soot from a fire. Who are we looking for?

The mitigation technician is a core member of our restoration division. In this role you will blend strong technical knowledge of drying and cleaning technics with a customer service focus to provide a great experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and a passion for building relationships. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred. This is an entry level position, and no experience is required. We will provide you with the training and resources to be successful.

Specific Responsibilities of the job:· Provide high quality mitigation services. · Manage job file documentation· Maintenance on equipment. Compensation:$24 per hour, plus an additional quarterly performance bonus, $1000 sign on bonus!
