Job description

Hawk Hill Construction is looking for contractors to perform restoration and remodeling work on residential houses in the greater Cincinnati area. We are growing and need help to keep up with demand. Contractors will perform any or all phases of a job. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Framing
• Roofing
• Drywall
• Painting
• Insulation
• Light Plumbing and Electric
• Interior Trim and Cabinetry
• Exterior Trim and Siding
• Laminate flooring and Tile
• Light Demo

Specialized contractors and all-around handyman contractors are welcome to apply. Knowledge of the general building process is a plus. The jobs are bid on by Hawk Hill Construction and pay a set amount, which averages $35-$40/Hr or more depending on how efficiently the job is completed. Must have own transportation and tools. This is a subcontract 1099 position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
