We have part-time and full-time positions available!

All positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off.

Typical AM shift times are from 7a-1p and 6:45am-3:15pm.

Typical PM shift times are from 4:30-8:30p, and 3:00pm-11:15pm.

Typical NOC shift times are from 11:00pm-7:00am.

Casual Call: Work 3 or more supervisor requested shifts each month, including 2 weekend shifts, plus on-call rotation.

About the Position:
Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living. You will have the opportunity to assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere. Our Resident Care Assistants will provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance, transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks. As a CNA or RCA, you will communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.

What We Need From You:

• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors, with a can-do attitude
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Background checks are completed after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay:

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• CBRF Certification(s)
• Working Full Time

Our Wages:

• Our starting wages are between $17.00 and $21.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
• NEW PM Differential, NOC Differential, NEW Weekend Differential, and on-call pay are also provided.
• We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.
