Bilingual A Plus

Must be available to work any day and shift.

Answering phones and making bookings
Learn how to work on multiple platforms
Understanding of PC and basic software applications
Assist guests with any questions they may have
A genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature

Deliver enlightened hospitality and excellent customer service at all times

Demonstrate proper use of guest notes and reservations notes and ensure to communicate all guest information and requests

Interact with our guests and make their day amazing through meaningful connections

Responsible for managing reservations across multiple platforms and properties including, but not limited to; Son’s Island, Son’s Blue River Camp, Son’s River Ranch, Son's Geronimo, Son's Rio Cibolo, Son's Guadalupe

Operate within a reservations department that delivers enlightened hospitality and excellent customer service at all times

Professional, articulate and punctual

Openness to learn, grow and develop skills

Commitment to your team by being on time and working scheduled shifts

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
