We are looking for a Dealer Maintenance Manager, to oversee, manage, and lead functions of the Dealer Maintenance Group for Atria. Responsible for streamlining the process of Advisor Updates for Atria with the vendor companies and in the Back Office systems. Works closely with New Accounts and Licensing/Registration to confirm adequate paperwork and licensing related to Advisor changes. Additionally, responsible for structuring and leading testing efforts as commissions moves towards Unio Atria wide.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.


What you will do:

  • Develop processes and procedures that will aide in continuous improvement related to departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with Programs and Advisors, including proactively soliciting feedback to maintain and improve on high service levels.
  • Coordinate testing efforts for Dealer Maintenance (DM) related projects and processes within Unio and all associated back-office systems.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across the Atria organization various projects and enhancements.
  • Responsible for working with departmental heads to obtain testers that can assist in testing and validating commission related processes and enhancements.
  • Responsible for maintaining testing timeframes for commission and DM testers, reporting to Management and Training and Development.
  • Responsible for developing periodic quizzes to test the knowledge and skills of DM and Commission Unio users
  • Ensure all departmental emails, phone calls, and service request, for DM are handled timely and effectively
  • Manages incoming and pending Zendesk tickets, providing status updates and reporting daily for Dealer Maintenance
  • Resolves escalated commission issues for Programs and Advisors for Dealer Maintenance related inquiries
  • Ensures desktop procedures for the DM team are maintained.
  • Responsible for annual performance appraisal for direct reports


What you will supervise others to do:

  • Oversee Dealer Maintenance Coordinators across the Atria enterprise to streamline the process of representative change request, address updates, and sponsor company related updates.
  • Promote and manage cross training across the DM staff
  • Manage day-to-day DM functions and provide training and support to DM staff
  • Develop and grow DM staff according to each individual’s needs and goals
  • Ensure work is processed in a timely manner and accurately


Must haves:

  • Education or 5 years related experience and/or training.
  • Previous supervision experience with ability to energize and excite team members to exceed expectations.
  • Requires experience in the following areas: developing workflows, preparation, conceptual level presentations, and project management skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Must also have strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Possess high ethical standards including honesty, integrity, and dedication
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and 10-key by touch. Must be able to master Confluence, Jira, and learn new processes quickly.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to identify risk and when existing controls are not sufficient
  • Ability to adapt and work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects


Preferred:

  • Securities/ Broker Dealer experience
