Summary of role
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for reviewing and maintaining reports, queries, and
resolving identified exceptions. The reporting analyst participates in the development of new
reports, custom reports and modifying existing reports for management. The position works closely with all levels of management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create automated reports and dashboard products in order to display results to
clients and internal project teams
- Suggest and implement refinements to standard reports
- Create and maintain secure systems for data collection
- Develop and implement various reports to improve the business operations • Customize report generation to improve business operations efficiency
- Assist staff members to use the systems, generating reports, and using the
reports to improve their efficiency
- Perform ad hoc analysis
- Assist in ensuring proper setup of systems for agents
- Perform other related duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High School education or equivalent
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite (i.e. Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Report Filters,
etc.); Access; Word; PowerPoint expertise
- Problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Active listening skills to gather requirements and understand the technical
barriers to project completion
- Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and
perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze
- Ability to work in a team environment across the company at all levels, both
technical and non-technical
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with major or significant coursework in at least
one of the following: mathematics, business, analytical marketing, information
systems, programming/databases, statistics/statistical modeling, finance, economics, or physics
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred (like
Domo or Tableau)
- Understanding of relational databases and data management as well as
experience with data aggregation and normalization
- 1 year of quantitative analytical experience
- Ability to approach tasks strategically, while owning and mastering the details • Ability to manage database systems such as SQL
- Knowledge with business intelligence tools (QlikView, Tableau, DOMO)
- Experience in healthcare
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a
cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
