Reporter

APG Media of Southern Wisconsin is hiring a full-time reporter who knows how to generate impactful daily news and engage print and digital audiences. Candidates would primarily be reporting for two award-winning daily newspapers in Rock County, Wisconsin: The Janesville Gazette and the Beloit Daily News. However, they could also expect assignments from any of our 15 daily and weekly publications in southern Wisconsin.

We’re seeking a collaborative self-starter who’s interested in building relationships in and across our communities and across our newsrooms, and who understands that digital is our future. Night and occasional weekend work is required.

Successful candidates will have a journalism degree or equivalent experience. Photography experience is a plus as is experience with podcasts, video and other media formats.
