PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Digital Recruiting Specialist is responsible for the advertisement, screening, hiring and onboarding process for our rapidly growing network of Data Collection Specialists within a defined territory while maintaining a positive contracting experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
- Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation, 3D Scans and other relevant technology and processes utilized in Innovation and Digital
- Communicate with Digital Operations, training and work together with Digital leadership regarding contractions needs
- Create and publish job advertisements through multiple platforms
- Outgoing recruitment efforts such as phone calls, email blasts, SMS campaigns and other marketing pushes
- Interviews of 5-7 contractors per day and contracting 4-8 per week
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit the Data Collection Specialist role
- Coordinate and follow up on the full cycle onboarding and training of newly hired DCS’
- Communicate effectively with Digital leadership and team regarding common objections or recruiting obstacles and work to develop strategies to overcome
- Ongoing compliance throughout the lifecycle of the DCS
- Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting, specifically contractors, or experience within the valuation or real estate industry
- Functional with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use web-based platforms to organize and conduct recruitment efforts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly functional team
- Positively passionate about technology and innovation
- Regular attendance is a requirement

10a-7p, preferred, we also welcome candidates in PST and MST
