Position Summary:

The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Surgical Services department. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. He/she remains flexible to changing systems - is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

Minimum Requirements:

Current WA RN Licensure. Current AHA HCP card required. BLS

This is a Union Position.

Wage Scale: $34.28 - $67.44

BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

$10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates

$15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience

$25,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience

(Pro-Rated for Part-Time Positions)
