Registered Nurses Urgently Needed for PACE Programs in the San Diego Area- Three Opportunities Available with Multiple Openings!

Location: San Diego is a top city and premier destination for Californians. Facility: Outpatient clinic that is part of a patient-centered, integrated primary care program dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of our community’s traditionally underserved children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Opportunity 1: Registered Nurse- PACE Program Admissions (2 Openings)
* Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
* No call or weekends
* PACE Program- provider must be comfortable working with the geriatric population
* Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED
* Clinic located in San Ysidro

Opportunity 2: Registered Nurse- PACE Program (2 Openings)
* Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
* No call or weekends
* PACE Program- provider must be comfortable working with the geriatric population
* Clinic located in El Cajon

Opportunity 3: Home Care RN- PACE Program in El Cajon
* Opening for a permanent full time employed position.
* Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends or call.
* Position is with outpatient clinic PACE Program, so provider must be comfortable working with the geriatric patient population
* Bilingual preferred.
* Must have at least 2 years of practicing experience as an RN.
* Under the direct supervision of the RN Supervisor, the HHC/RN is responsible for the development and implementation of homecare services for program participants, including the coordination of all Durable Medical Equipment and provide RN coverage in the PACE Clinic

Compensation: $41.59-$57.57 per hour based on years of relevant experience with comprehensive benefits available
