Job description
A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit.
- Manage 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratios.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medication to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 1+ years of critical care experience.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Hours; 7a-7p
- Pay; $32-55/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
