Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager needed in the Maple Grove/Plymouth and surrounding areas.

This is a traveling position with high autonomy! We have an invested clinical management team that ensures you always have support! We promise a comfortable case load with flexible scheduling (make your own schedule) to help with work life balance.

Monday through Friday. No rotation on-call, no evenings and no weekends required. Get your patient visits done in the morning and work the rest of your day from home!

• Base Pay: $39-$41/hr
