We are looking for experience Regional Field Technicians to join our team in the Haynesville Basin, so you will need to live in the Shreveport or Bossier City area and be willing to travel. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing telecommunications systems, equipment and networks. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance and upgrades, and providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to some of iNet's key customers while installing communications wireless networking equipment at new customer sites or performing service calls including site moves, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain, test, and repair our customer facing network equipment.
• Make, repair, test and install RF network and telephone cabling to connect offices, housing and work areas to the network resources.
• Install, point, and commission RF systems components such as LTE, wireless point to point or multipoint radios, VSAT or microwave systems
• Compile and evaluate data to determine and resolve onsite performance problems, network or equipment malfunctions.
• Interact professionally with clients, property owners, contractors as needed. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in person or by phone.
• Understand and adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
