TITLE: Recruiting Specialist
POSITION REPORTS TO: Manager, Partner Relations
DATE PREPARED: April 24, 2023
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: 431 Railroad Ave. Camp Hill, PA 17011 (Not Remote)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $18/hr
General Purpose of the Position:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, vetting, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. The Recruiting Specialist must maintain a high level of professionalism when working with potential candidates, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Essintial Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates • Develop recruitment process and procedures
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring manager
- Negotiate job offers and provide feedback to candidates
- Maintain a database of candidates and keep records of applicant information
- Follow up on applications, interviews, and job offers
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have availability for escalations in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Must possess strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be proactive and forward thinking.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving. Excellent customer service skills and understanding of the customer’s needs and expectations.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 year recruiting experience
