Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Overview
Are you looking to make a huge impact and touch many facets of Talent Acquisition within a fast paced and dynamic HR department? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. We are looking for a someone who can switch gears easily within the Talent Acquisition department. Someone who is collaborative, can gain the trust of others, and can administer day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team! This is a fast paced, super-multi-tasking role so if you have high energy, like to have your hands in all things Recruiting this role is for you!

Responsibilities
- · Posting job ads on our career website and online boards.
- · Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- · Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- · Coordinates and schedules interviews between our dealerships and candidates as needed.
- · Reformatting resumes.
- · Conduct phone and Video interviews.
- · Organizes job fairs either in store or at Job Fair locations.
- · Ensures an exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process from beginning to onboarding.
- · Communicates effectively and professionally with candidates, and our team.
- · Follows up with candidates about their first day of work guiding new employees in the completion of onboarding paperwork.
- · Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- · Ability to prioritize and meet projects with a deadline.
Qualifications
- · High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business strongly preferred.
- · Preferred at least 1year in corporate working environment with a high-volume recruitment function.
- · Must maintain strict confidentiality (i.e. compensation, job offers, promotions, etc.).
- · Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- · Team player with strong work ethic.
- · Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- · Experience with HR Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
- · Ability to respond to hiring managers and candidate requests/questions in a professional and timely manner.
- · Ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment.
- · Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
- · Must have confidence in your ability to be successful.
- · Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- · Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
- · Self-starter and self-motivator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
