About the Marsee Wilhems Team: Over the past 19 years My team and I have successfully completed over 7,000 real estate transactions in the Tucson area. That is over $2 Billion dollars worth of real estate. My team is the #1 Team in Southern Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate through cold calling, emailing, texting, videos messages, networking events, and more
• Manage your recruitment pipeline through our CRM system
• Log all notes, calls, emails, and texts in the CRM system
• Develop and execute various recruitment campaigns for employment sites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
• Foster deep and long-lasting relationships with the agent population
• Assist in the onboarding process
• Make recommendations to the Director of Sales and set up interviews including sending calendar invites and meeting confirmations.
• Assist with recruitment events including pre-promotion, cold calling, attendee confirmations, day of support, and post-event follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates on the current pipeline and opportunities

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a CRM system

• Video communication skills
• Appetite to grow within the company
• 1+ years experience in a recruitment or sales-related role
• Real Estate License is not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
