What we need from you:

· Communicate with job candidates regarding applications and employment statuses

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Ability to work well with a variety of different backgrounds

· Ability to use a computer and software programs proficiently

· Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively keep candidates moving through the hiring process

· Work Diligently to fill positions within organization

· Manage social media sites and attend job fairs

· Regular attendance is crucial

· 3-4 years of experience or education
