Our client is looking for a motivated Creative Recruiter to conduct new business and client development, while also sourcing candidates for opportunities within their new and current client base. As the Creative Recruiter, you will effectively allocate your time between client acquisition as well as sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating both onsite and remote interviews with client hiring managers, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the candidates’ engagement. This position is based at our Lyndhurst, NJ office and offers hybrid work with the possibility of working fully remote dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit potential candidates for permanent roles by leveraging diverse sources including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, alumni chapters, and more, while ensuring prompt responses to all applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates and gain an understanding of their qualifications and review for open permanent roles
- Connect with client hiring manager to discuss open permanent role(s). Gather information on title, responsibilities, duration, and any other relevant information
- Maintain contact with candidates interviewed, but not placed, updating availability & comparing eligibility against open roles
- Continuously educate hiring managers and candidates on state of the hiring market, including unemployment rates, hiring trends, and market pay rates/salaries
- Conduct regular customer service calls to active candidates and hiring managers. Monitor engagement status, identify & resolve any potential issues identified
- Update and maintain MS Excel & CRM database as necessary
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience of creative recruiting experience at a recruiting agency, ie., recruiting for graphic designers, web designers, art directors, digital marketing managers, etc.
- Successful track record in billing performance
- We’re looking for someone who has worked at a recruiting agency

Pay: $65,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
