Jeff Gilbert State Farm is looking for an energetic motivated individual that is looking for an entry position in the insurance industry. This position is designed to be a steppingstone to being an insurance account representative in a high producing agency.

Receptionist Duties:

• Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors.
• Takes customer request, complaints or issues and help resolve the issue in a timely manner.
• Must be detailed.
• Must be a problem solver.
• Must be able to self-manage.
• Creates and distributes company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls.
• Schedules and maintains the calendar.
• Coordinates the booking and setting up of meeting rooms.
• Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system.
• Provides support for teams when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
