Damico Group Real Estate is a boutique real estate company with an exclusive location in the Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers, NY. Our company is growing and we are looking for licensed real estate salespeople who are hungry, humble, willing to learn and enjoy helping people move. Our agents are provided with leads and are taught how to list and sell real estate. No experience necessary, just an open mind, a good attitude and commitment is necessary. Integrity is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

-Answer lead phone calls
-Set up showings/showing tours
-Show residential properties (rentals and sales)
-List properties (marketing)
-Host Open Houses
-Post properties for rent/sale
-Daily email communication

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

-New York Real Estate Salesperson License
-Driver's license
-Car
-Technologically savvy
-Great telephone communication skills
