Job Requirements

• Must be able to efficiently use flat top grills and deep fryers.
• Be able to memorize builds for multiple menu items.
• Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, salsas, and other food items.
• Completing hot and cold food preparation accurately, neatly, and in an efficient manner.
• Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting and reacting to customer volume/rush times.
• Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
• Handling, storing and rotating all food products properly.

Other Requirements

• 6 months restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast paced work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently as a team.
• Must be able to work in a confined space and stand for an extended period of time.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health Department standards for food service employees.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be prompt, reliable and flexible.
• Strong attention to detail.

*Salary includes tips that are paid daily/weekly
