Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing, planning, organizing and implementing the Children's Health Network (CHN) Triage Quality Management program and RN Triage education. The Quality Management Coordinator will partner with Triage leadership in problem solving RN related issues and work flow. This position requires the ability to function independently and provide education to the RN staff. A flexible work schedule is needed to accommodate the education and supporting of new and existing nursing staff. This may include working weekends, evenings, and/or night shifts to meet the needs of the education plans. Participation in the CHN Contact Center leadership on-call rotation is required. This position reports to the CHN RN Triage Manager.

- Current Minnesota RN License and the ability to obtain nursing licenses in other states.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
- At least two (2) years working in telephone triage or ambulatory clinic.
- Experience in quality assurance and risk management along with education or leadership experience preferred.
