QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST I

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Digital Product team in Saint Paul, MN plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by testing digital products to ensure they meet company standards of quality software.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst I at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by working with a Digital Product team to deliver customer-facing digital products. You will report directly to our Manager of Digital Product Quality Assurance and work closely with the Digital Product team.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review user story requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans for our digital products
  • Identify and report defects through our ticket tracking software
  • Recognized and communicate areas of improvement to the Digital Product team
  • Ensure that the acceptance criteria of our user stories are met

  • 2-4 years of software quality assurance experience
