YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

We are looking for a QA Systems Analyst in 5507 Blue Lagoon Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA. Your mission will be to:

Purpose (Objective): This position supports the daily operations of the RBI QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in tracking, maintaining and entering all testing information in data management systems. This position is responsible for ensuring databases and timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the clients of the company.

Main activities:

• Reviewing TH and PLK commodities/specifications and pushing them through the approval process with RBI teams

• Determining when to escalate tasks with higher priority to the attention of the QA Managers/Suppliers as needed based on timelines.

• Supplier/System Support

• Password resets/system training as needed by customers.

• Incidents

• Reviewing MarketForce (guest reported) Incidents - when reviewing these incidents submitted, determining the party responsible and making the decision to either capture the incident or not in the client’s system for action.

• Opening incidents from BK NASQA submitted by Restaurants and making the final determination as to the party responsible which will impact either the Distribution or Supplier’s scorecard.

• Making judgement calls on escalating any incidents reported that may require further action.

• Processing Popeyes Incidents submitted by Restaurants

• Sending daily communication to the Popeyes Distribution centers to ensure they are meeting the 5 day timeline as per the client and training Distribution Center contacts on the system and how to process these complaints.

• SPEQ Desk

• Handle all ad hoc tickets submitted through the SPEQ System

• GAP Audits

• Set up the Raw Material suppliers when Suppliers have GAP Audits completed.

• Popeyes Approvals

• Working closely with Popeyes cross functional teams on upcoming projects/launches and sending follow ups to track upcoming approvals.
• Other related duties/projects specific to the local business

At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.

Internal Interlocutors: Team RBI members (Miami, Oakville and Gainesville RS)

External Interlocutors: RBI QA Team Members

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge:

Profile (required education/qualification and professional background): BS in a related field with 2 yrs experience

• Required skills: A high level of mathematical ability.

• Programming languages, such as SQL, Oracle and Python.

• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data.

• Problem-solving skills.

• A methodical and logical approach.

• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Management (Size and characteristics of the team(s)): N/A

Work Environment: Office environment with moderate noise (i.e. computers, phones, printers and light traffic). Must have the ability to work at a computer station for an extended period of time.
