Ihre Aufgaben:
- In einem internationalen Team übernehmen Sie die dispositive Verantwortung für den Einkauf von Displays bzw. Memories beim führenden Distributor von elektronischen Bauelementen und Systemen
- Abstimmung der Bedarfe mit den internen Business Partnern
- Verantwortung der Bestellabwicklung gemäß den vorgegebenen Richtlinien
- Operative Durchführung und Überwachung der Beschaffungsaktivitäten: Bestellerfassung, Abwicklung und Terminkontrolle
- Lagerbestandsüberwachung
- Steuerung der Warenverfügbarkeit für Kundenaufträge
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf und den Herstellern
- Ad hoc Reaktion bei Verzögerungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen im Bestellvorgang
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Logistik
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Minimum 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, Materialbeschaffung oder Logistik
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Einkauf von elektronischen Bauelementen, vorzugsweise Displays oder Memories
- Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Organisationstalent sowie gute Eigenschaften in der Priorisierung und im Zeitmanagement
- Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (SAP, MS Office)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Telefonkontakt mit ausländischen Lieferanten und Vertriebspartnern)
