Beverley Mack Harry Consulting Services Inc. (BMH) is an outpatient mental health and medical service agency.

BMH is charged with providing culturally relevant and ethnically sensitive psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and medical services.

BMH Consulting Services is expanding and seeking compassionate Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW's) to join our team. Please include a detailed cover letter along with your resume.

Job Description:

• Conduct pre-admission sessions to formulate a psychosocial assessment with diagnosis and determine eligibility for admission.
• Provide individual, group, family and couples therapy
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with onsite psychiatrists/providers, family, school staff, and community providers to coordinate care for clients need.
• Particiapte in staff meetings and monthly peer reviews.
• Make referrals to agencies and community resources, as needed.
• Ability and willingness to be self-reflective and engaged in the supervisory and learning process.
• Provide support and strong crisis intervention skills.

Requirement:

• Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.
• Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in New York State
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An active LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, license a MUST.
• 3 years experience working with children and/or adults providing psychotherapy
• Experience in assessment and diagnosis, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety contracts.
• Serve as an ambassador of BMH unique care model, providing culturally competent care and championing our belief that better outcomes for children, teens, indivuduals and families mean a better world for everyone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour
