Our property management team is looking for a new team member. Join the team, work and learn under experienced team members. We manage 60 apartment units and are continuing to grow with new projects and properties. Your schedule can be flexible. There is an opportunity to work on call and receive bonus pay. Qualifications

• Must live within 30 minutes of Augusta
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Must qualify for valid employment in the US
• Good problem solver
• Hard worker
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience doing work in a home or other building
• Experience with property landscaping
• Experience completing general repairs and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager including but not limited to painting, landscaping, snow removal, equipment maintenance, work orders as assigned, trash removal, flooring, moving furniture, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, other housekeeping as needed.
• Being attentive, following direction and communicating.
• Experience and grow with a variety of tasks and jobs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
