Commercial Construction Company Seeks Full-Time Experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. Position typically does not require overnight travel - return home daily.
Full-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Open & Close Project Site Daily
- Read, process and utilize project plans
- Work with Subcontractors, Vendors and Project Management for project completion
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules & Milestones
- Calculate Material Quantities and Coordinate Deliveries with Vendors
- Site Layout and Grading
- Conduct Daily Safety Meetings & Maintain Safety Meeting Notes
- Relevant Experience Required
