The
Project Manager-SunBranding will support our Client Director, act as the onsite face of the agency for Walmart, and be responsible and accountable for the on-time delivery of Private Brands projects from end to end. Project Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key Walmart team members including Senior leaders, working onsite to ensure client expectations are met, and serviced to the highest-level day to day.
How you’ll do it
Meet weekly with Walmart, both on site and virtually- Be a visible presence in our workspace onsite with the client and in client/cadence meetings supporting Walmart and our total end-to-end business delivery
- Armed with facts and detail of projects from your Account Managers, Studio and Pro Spec Art Reporting, troubleshoot issues on site and report daily progress.
- Manage and maintain Pro Spec Art updates, timelines and report on a daily basis
- Deliver projects on time and to the highest standard
Key objectives
Customer Focus
- Establish and actively manage relationships with Walmart Design Team and the Walmart Senior Business Development Team. Responsible for day-to day-project queries.
- Maintain a consistent voice and level of engagement across the Client Project Manager team.
- Build relationships and engage everyday with your category (BDL’s, PD’s and PM’s) to promote collaborative working.
- Engage the WM Supply base in the process, managing timelines, reporting on progress, aiming for 100% process take up by all stakeholders and 100% delivery to the best in class retail standards.
Delivery Results
Work in partnership with the client and the studio/office based teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.- Daily, provide an overview of data reporting.
- Troubleshoot onsite WM queries.
- Connect weekly with Client Director to report on your business end to end. Volumes, status, deliverables, relationships.

- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization as well as outside vendors. Ability to present when needed.
- Superior project management skills with excellent follow up and attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and still meet project targets.
- Strong organizational skill set
Education:
- Associates degree or higher in the graphics or business field. Project management certification a plus but not required.
