Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Provide cost, schedule and documentation control for various projects across Pattern’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:
  • Work with Project Managers in the development and assembly of contractual documents and process through to Document Execution.
  • Work with Project Managers to develop, and maintain monthly budgets, tracking committed costs and cost to complete.
  • Work with Pattern’s contractors and suppliers to develop schedule analysis reports tracking progress and key dates.
  • Develop and track monthly invoicing from Pattern’s contractors and suppliers. Report on earned value progress monthly as part of the monthly reports.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers in the development of the monthly reports required for lenders reports. Prepare and submit monthly lender’s reports as required.
  • Work with the Project Manager and Site Construction Manager in the initial setup of the project from a document control stand point. This will require travel to site.
  • Work with the project team including internal and external users in setup of Pattern’s document control procedures.
  • Verify contractor’s and supplier’s QA/QC documentation to ensure conformance with the contractual requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager as requested.
  • Assist company leadership on corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education

Educational Experience

  • (2) or (4) year Degree in Business or Administration or
  • Minimum of (5) years related experience
  • This role will be a Flex/Hybrid schedule
  • This role is also open to being remote with the understanding travel will be required

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues on multiple projects under demanding schedule constraints.
  • Through understanding of construction contact concepts, language and terms.
  • Knowledge of basic engineering concepts. Familiarity with transmission and distribution equipment, overhead and underground cable installation, reactive power compensation equipment, and SCADA systems helpful.

Technical Skills

  • Facility with typical computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
The expected starting pay range for this role is $71,000 USD - $97,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
