Roles & Responsibilities

ü Create, update and maintain the Project Plan with respect to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Phases.

ü Execute the project plan, monitor all tasks and subtasks’ schedule and ensure they are meeting the timeline.

ü Closely monitor the budget allocation of the project and ensure all milestones are achieved within budget. Take preventive action to avoid budget issues and maintain profitability.

ü Ensure resources are allocated properly, timesheet is filled and approved and invoices are generated on time.

ü Monitor the deliverables quality and these should be as per project management standard.

ü Manage stake holders – interact with customer’s key persons, understand their requirements, expectations. Manage to avoid conflicts among the stakeholders.

ü Closely monitor the change requests which may have impact on schedule and budget

ü Closely monitor the risks and take corrective and preventive actions to mitigate them.

ü Build team with right skilled resources.

ü Hold status meeting within the team so that team is aware of the project status.

ü Appraise team’s performance and guide team to achieve the project goals.

ü On time and accurate status report to customer as well as employer management.

ü Strive towards the business growth of the company and contribute with new opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
