We are looking for a compassionate, self-driven, and highly engaged Program Coordinator Licensed Therapist to oversee the program.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment and interpersonal skills, flexible and able to meet demands of heavy caseload. Ability to maintain patient records and confidentiality. Knowledge of HIPAA. Familiarity with military components and ability to relate with military service members. Excellent understanding of appropriate boundaries/relationships with staff and patients. Excellent clinical and didactic skills and understanding of group dynamics.
Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Masters Degree in Counseling or Psychology
License / Certification: LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC.
Experience: At least 6 months' work in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, case management and discharge planning preferably in an inpatient psychiatric facility; familiarity with ethical and legal duties regarding reporting of abuse.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM TO 5 PM
