Who you are:

• You work well in a team atmosphere
• You maintain good attention to detail while working quickly with hands
• You have basic familiarity with Microsoft and Adobe software

• You have flexibility in schedule as needed seasonally
• You have previous work with print or production-level machines and/or warehousing
• You are able to lift up to 50 pounds

How you'll contribute to the team:

• As a Production Team Member, you will work with other members of the Production department to produce Pledgemine products within a scheduled timeframe and while meeting company quality standards. Your work will help nonprofit organizations raise money to fund student scholarships, scientific research, animal welfare, and more.

What you'll do:

• Fulfill printing and assembly tasks both by hand and with machine assistance
• Multitask and prioritize print jobs and duties according to client deadlines
• Collaborate with production team to optimize workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Mailing, fulfillment, and equipment operation
• Perform additional jobs as requested by supervisors and management
