Job Description:

• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to minimize accidents.
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
• Coordinate pre-shift huddles and communication with production team.
• Provides daily direction and ensures compliance.
• Supervises production team and manages daily workflow in department.
• ensures training in accordance with work instruction and department SOPs.
• Drives KPIs by ensuring optimal team performance and workflow.
• Understands KPI data provided and communicates status/progress to team.
• Ensures proper data entered into ERP system.
• Performs evaluations of direct reports and gives feedback.
• Conducts interviews for new production employees.
• Completes and issues disciplinary action.
• Conducts shift meetings with department.
• Able to navigate ERP system to correct/audit issues with job orders, check inventory, etc.
• Approves timecards for production team.
• Ensures all production employees are abiding by all safety, quality and productivity standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
