Responsible for creating and managing the Qorpak, Dangerous Goods and Repack production schedule.

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan the production schedule for on-time delivery to the customer
• Schedule efficiently across multiple work centers and machinery
• Communicate the schedule, lead-times and capacity effectively to internal business partners
• Develop tools to improve management of scheduling responsibilities
• Coordinate and lead weekly production scheduling alignments
• Maintain ERP inputs for data integrity
• Support branch revenue, margin and turn metrics
• Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values
• Maintain safe working environment consistent with Berlin Safety Manual
• Other tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar / related role preferred
• Prior experience with Peoplesoft/Oracle or production planning system preferred
• Demonstrated team leadership and positive attitude
• Is detail oriented, reliable, and takes initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Models safe work practices

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Office
• Warehouse (no lifting)
