The machine operator runs one of several different machines in the bakery. The operator understands how the machine operates to make adjustments, request service, and efficiently produce a quality product.

Responsibilities:

• Operates the production machinery
• Check weights of product
• Make adjustments as needed on the machine
• Assist with changeover
• Document machine-related data
• Removes products that do not meet specifications

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous food experience helpful
• Basic math skills
• Problem solve and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Occasionally climbing ladders
