Beginning pay is $21.80/hr. with the potential for additional compensation increases within the first 3 months and 1 year based on performance.

**Responsibilities**

• Command and operate large industrial machinery for the purpose of reducing wire size
• Work with grinders, hoists, pulleys, micrometers, and other related equipment
• Check for errors in the wire
• Notify Supervisor of any defective machinery or other hazardous situations
• Comprehend production orders
• Undergo pre- and post-inspections in order to guarantee a safe work area

**Skills & Experience **

Prior industrial experience, such as metalworking, robotics, machining with lathes, mills, and surface, O.D., I.D. grinders, and/or machining training is preferred, but not required.
