Arepet Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Production General Manager for our frac sand facility in Von Ormy, TX.
The Production General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the continued operation of the plant, facility maintenance, functioning of equipment, adequate levels of supplies, qualified staff and provide necessary training to achieve long term profitable results.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to the productions and operations teams to meet company goals.
- Address productions, scale and operations team performance and individual performance.
- Report daily production and track KPI’s of plant performance.
- Assist in accessing and optimizing the usage of existing reserves.
- Ensure timely performance and quality work associated with repairs and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are always kept for the efficiency of the plant.
- Promote safe work habits and provide safe working conditions, and demonstrate leadership toward all company safety policies.
- Manage and track safety training.
- Support continuous improvement efforts.
- May perform additional assignments as necessary
- Ability to work well with discretion and independent judgement with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make timely decisions.
- Proactive and readily adaptable to changing conditions or demands and ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of applicable local, state, and federal laws including MSHA.
- Thorough understanding of company safety and environmental regulations, codes and requirements per MSHA standards and ability to impart knowledge to others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must be able to accurately measure and work well with hands and use basic power tools.
- Knowledge on Heavy Equipment maintenance and repair.
- Professional, collaborative demeanor and effective interpersonal skills; ability to successfully interface with and maintain good working relationships with clients, co-workers, managers, subcontractors, vendors and others.
- Associates Degree/Certification or 4 Year Degree in -Manufacturing/Production/Operations/Business/Engineering or related field.
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to utilize Office Equipment such as Computers, Printer, Fax, Multiple Phone Lines, Computer Programs/Software
- Graduate/Masters Degree/Certification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business
- Seven years experience related experience
