The Position

This is a highly visible and critical role at Threedom. The role of Product Specialist is an instrumental component of our growth, branding, and customer loyalty. The Product Specialist role owns product management, marketing, and customer service of the aftermarket automotive product segment.

This role is central to the Threedom initiative, with visibility to all aspects of the business and the ability to shape the future of Threedom. It's a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with a high curiosity, passion, and experience with B2C marketing and e-commerce. If this is you, then we should talk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing plan including content generation, social campaigns
• Provide proactive customer service support
• Represent the voice of the customer in the business/product steering committee
• Managing workload, prioritizing urgencies
• E-commerce store administration
• Provide web design support
• Planning and preparing for events and tradeshows

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma + 5-8 years of related experience
• 2- or 4-year College Degree with 2-5 years of related experience

Compensation

Starting pay will be $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
