We are currently a small but mighty team and searching for a highly organized Production Coordinator. This position requires a multi-tasking, detailed-oriented individual. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in import supply chain management and be able to take a proactive approach to all supply chain related processes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Issuing P.O.'s to vendors, managing production leadtime, ensuring products deliver on time.
• Manage and track daily inbound shipment flow from international vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate and update internal teams on inbound delivery status and schedules.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues with production, product quality, packaging, and any other quality control issues.
• Secure and update shipping documents and inventory system updates.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, 3PL, Distributor and Management to evaluate processes and performance within the procurement cycle.

Experience requirements:

• 1-3 years of Sourcing, Production, and International Logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must know how to create spreadsheets with formulas)
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Fishbowl experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
