The Product Care Specialist is our entry-level position, which provides an excellent way of getting to know the industry and provide a hands-on experience while learning the foundation of our company.

A Product Care Specialist is accountable for timely and proper delivery of product to and from customer homes by driving the store's company vehicle. They are also responsible for the basic setup and installation of products during delivery. Minor product repair and cleaning is also a primary function of the position.

Pay:
$13.00 to $17.00 an hour plus monthly bonuses, full benefits and more...

Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Ability to lift furniture, appliances and televisions frequently with or without assistance
• Willingness and the ability to work on Saturdays and some early evening hours
• High energy and enthusiastic team player
• Ohio Drivers License
• Ability to pass driving and criminal history background check

Responsibilities:

• Quality Delivery / Pickup: Deliver products to and from customer home in a professional, timely and safe manner
• Rental Agreement: Review and explain the Rental Agreement with the customer
• Safe working habits: Safely operate the delivery vehicle and other company equipment
• Asset Maintenance: Monitor and ensure proper vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
• Backroom cleanliness: Assist in maintaining clean products and backroom

Prior experience as sales associate, customer service, delivery driver, retail associate, retail sales specialist or other rent to own expereince is highly desirable.
