RIMOWA has an exciting job offer for a Procurement Intern to join our Supply Chain Team. By joining us, you will play a very important part of the Procurement activity and will have to deal with our suppliers as well as our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production.

YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Track order confirmations of the current suppliers and update our database
• Assist in developing KPIs to measure the supplier performance – especially lead time adherence, timely deliveries, and order fulfilment rate.
• Ensure invoice processing in due timeAnalyse and suggest/implement improvements for the existing process for intra company orders
• Project co-ordination with R&D team and Purchasing team to maintain the master data of upcoming Projects/ Limited Editions in our Planning software.
• Ensure Master Data Accuracy for New Projects/ Limited editions and seasonal projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently pursuing Engineering or Business studies with specialization in supply chain management
• Ability to multitask and co-ordinate subjects with multiple actors
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Organised and structured way of working.
• Good at time management, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive and solution minded
• Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2) is necessary
